June Morrison-Tom Gitchoff Founders Award for significant improvement of the quality of justice:
Honorable Susan Finlay, retired San Diego Superior Court, current Education Director of NADCP and NDCI.
Judge Finlay devoted much of her professional career to judicial education on a local, national and international level, including pioneering work in the establishment of Drug Courts.

W.E.B. DuBois Award for significant contributions to the field of racial and ethnic issues in Criminology:
Bill Feyerherm, Portland State University & Carl Pope, University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
Honored for their pioneering work on Disproportionate Minority Confinement (DMC). They developed an extensive matrix that synthesized the literature, surveyed the experiences of states across the country, and created a model for determining the extent of DMC in a system.

WSC Fellows Award conferred upon individuals generally associated with the Western region who have made important contributions to the field of Criminology:
